Cancellations & Returns

Customers have the right to cancel any order placed prior to dispatch, a full refund will be provided for any order already paid for. Credit account holders simply need to inform us of the intention to cancel so that we can prevent the dispatch of the order. 

Should a customer wish to return an order within 14 days of delivery we will accept the return provided the product is complete and unopened and in an 'as new' condition (e.g if a box has been opened to examine the product this must have been done in such a way as to not damage or mark the product or packaging in any way). Any carriage charges associated with the return are either paid by the customer direct or deducted from the refund amount.

In any such instance that the refund value would be less than the cost of carriage and collection of the return items is arranged by Grip Hygiene Supplies Ltd, an invoice for carriage will be issued to the customer prior to arrangement of collection.
